Chicken & Peppers Stir-Fry

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This recipe is pretty much the way that I was afraid of because of the amount of soy sauce in the recipe. I found it waaay too salty. I'm pretty sure my blood pressure went up when I was eating it! If I even attempted it again I would cut back on the soy sauce or else substitute it with something else altogether. Plus even though I've had recipes that have a combination of beef with peppers and find it pretty satisfying for some reason the chicken with peppers seemed to be missing something.
