What a great fresh recipe. I was a little wary at first as I never think I'll like red wine vinager, but once its subdued with the olive oil and water in the dressing, it's fantastic. One tip; make sure you don't overcook your pasta as the pasta will continue to soften as it sits with the dressing on it. I added my green beans a hair too late and so in order for them to cook the pasta overcooked a tiny bit. Enjoy!

Very good and very easy. I replaced the red peppers with garden tomatoes(as suggested in a previous review). I know this is a "Cooking Light" recipe, but I added more olive oil. I would definitely bring this to a luncheon or potluck dinner.

I really enjoyed this recipe: it's light, VERY easy, tasty, low-cal, healthy and filling. I followed the recipe exactly, and we ate it chilled as a light summer dinner. We ate it by itself, but I think some grilled corn would have complimented it nicely, or even some corn in the salad itself. As much as I enjoyed it, I still feel like it's missing something, and once I figure that out this will be a 5 star salad. For now, it's an awesome replacement to the fatty, messy pasta salads that are the usual go-to.

This was an excellent dish and delicious after the adjustments that were made. After cooking breast tenderloins in the wok added some worcestershire and Ms Dash herb seasoning, removed and added fresh red pepper (instead of jar roasted) and onion sauteing with the flavors of the chicken mixture. Used sun-dried tomatoes. For the sauce I used Jack Daniels honey dijon and more Ms Dash instead of parsley & basil. Didn't have red wine vinegar used the balsamic as suggested in earlier posts. Husband loved it and will most definitely make it again with the adjustments.

I used bottled salad dressing and it was great! Easy and delicious. Perfect summer meal.

I tried this recipe in order to use up some leftovers I had in my fridge and was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful and delicious this was. I used rotisserie chicken and substituted tomatoes for the roasted red peppers as some reviewers suggested. It is just as good several days later. I wouldn't make it for company but I'd probably take it to a potluck picnic.

This recipe, is so easy and delicious. I messed up because I was side tracked though, instead of making the sauce to put on top of the pasta I added all the ingredients and than mixed it up. So the parsley didn't really get to mix with the sauce, but it was still GREAT. I actually had my b/f brother as well as my boyfriend.

This was delicious, love the green beans. Easy and great left-overs. I only put in 1/4 cup of the red onions. A definite repeat.

I bring my lunch to work everyday so am always on the hunt for something quick, cold, satisfying, and tasty. This pasta salad is amazing. Ive been on an artichoke binge recently so substituted sliced artichoke hearts for the red bell peppers - highly recommend, and will make again. I ate it for a week straight and looked forward to lunch every day!

One of my favorite pasta salad recipes, especially in the summer! Instead of the bottled red pepper, I substitute other veggies, like fresh chopped tomatoes or corn.

I used less parsley and added grated Parmesan cheese and it was amazing! It's even better the next day!

Very delicious; light, simple and easy to make. 9 WW Pts made w/1.5 cup chicken, but 2 cups serving size is more than enough.

Delicious - I definitely felt like I should be eating this at a concert in a park or summer picnic somewhere. Great fresh flavors, wonderfully light. I would add artichokes and capers to round it out a little bit more, but otherwise great. Served with mozzarella toasts and fresh summer berries.

So very delicious!!! I did make one modification. I used asparagus, cut 1 inch in length & sautéed, instead of green beans. Totally scrumptious, so I recommend this alteration to others. This recipe is a keeper!

This salad was just okay. Something was definitely missing. I added all ingredients as listed, but added one tablespoon extra oil and vinegar and also extra garlic. Still, a little dry and a little blah. Maybe some herbed feta to perk it up?
