This was really tasty, but too involved for a weeknight dinner....too many pans and steps. In the future, I would split the steps so that at dinner time, all there is to do is bake the chicken then top and broil it. I couldn't find whole-wheat panko, used Italian-style regular.

Excellent and different variation of chicken parm. I used regular panko instead of whole wheat that the recipe calls for and it came out great. Served with tossed salad.

We loved this! Had to make on pre-heated baking sheet lined with non-stick foil (I don't have a rack to use, but pre-heating helps keep the bottom crisp.) I did feel that my chicken breasts were larger than normal so I cooked a little longer to make sure it was done all the way through. We will definitely make this again!

This was really delicious. The chicken was very moist, and the sauce was very flavorful. Be sure to watch while the chicken is under the broiler!

Best chicken parmesan recipe by far! The chicken was cooked perfectly and all of the times in this recipe were spot on. It seemed easier to make the sauce while the chicken was in the oven, so that's what I did.
