Fantastic meal! It will be one I make many more times. THE perfect Fall/Winter easy dish! Left out prosciutto. Added a bit of wine to the butter to sautee mushrooms. Used reg. alfredo sauce in a jar. Used reg. cream of mushroom soup with garlic.

Very good, but I made it even better by adding 1/2 cup of julienned red bell pepper to the mushrooms and a pinch of freshly ground nutmeg to the light Alfredo sauce.

I love this dish! I find it doesn't reheat well, so it's better for company than just for two.

Very easy and quick to make, a favorite of my grandson. I did not put the prosciutto in. It's a keeper

I halved this recipe (for 3) but made the full amount of sauce rather than using half a can and half a jar. Not seeing the DIVIDED, I added all the cheese to the sauce. I then added the sauteed ingredients to half the sauce, baked and served with the pasta separate. The result was good but needed a little more flavor and that may be because I used Healthy Request soup which doesn't have as much flavor.
