Chicken Marsala

    The chicken was moist and had great flavor. The breading stayed on well. I didn't have Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, so I used plain and added 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning. I used Marsala cooking wine and I think I would try for a better quality next time.

    This is one of the worst recipes I have made from this site. Most everything I cook at least gets three stars. The chicken was good. The breading was good. The microwave sauce was awful - I should have known it was too good to be true. It would not thicken, even after I added twice the cornstarch. No more fast fix marsala dishes for me.

    I thought this was delicious! It was very fast and easy. The chicken was very moist and the sauce was perfect! I followed the recipe exactly but did the sauce in a saucepan on the stove top and had no issues with it thickening up. I thought doing the sauce in the stovetop was easier than it would have been in the microwave. Even my picky eater husband loved it. We are definitely adding this to our dinner rotation.
