Chicken Mac

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.)
  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

How to Make It

  1. HEAT oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

    MEANWHILE, prepare Dinner as directed on package, substituting large skillet for the saucepan.

    ADD tomatoes, onions and parsley to prepared dinner; mix lightly. Top with chicken.
