I bought a Rotisserie chicken at the grocery store and wanted a gravy recipe that didn't require pan juices. I followed this recipe exactly, and it was delicious. However, it did take longer than 2 minutes to thicken.

I am a pro at messing up gravy! I made this recipe and for the first time i didn't have to throw it out and use jarred gravy. It tasted great and was quick and easy

Not bad. Just wonder if corn starch or arrowroot would be better.. I could taste the flour.
