  • 3 ounces chopped grilled chicken breast (or use skinless rotisserie chicken to save time)
  • 1/2 cup halved grapes
  • 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce


  1. Mix chicken, grapes, walnuts and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over romaine lettuce.
