Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • 2 cup(s) Onions Diced
  • 2 cup(s) Celery Diced
  • 2 cup(s) Carrots Diced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Garlic Minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Basil
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • Marjoram
  • Parsley
  • 2-10 oz box(es) Frozen spinach chopped
  • 2-50 oz can(s) Chunk white meat chicken
  • 4-1 lb box(es) Gnocchi
  • 2-49 oz can(s) Chicken broth
  • Bay leaf
  • 2 pint(s) Heavy cream

Preparation

1. In a large stock pot, add olive oil to cover bottom

2. Add garlic, onions, celery & carrots

3. Add salt, pepper, basil, thyme, rosemary, parsley, marjoram & oregano to taste

4. Saute vegetables until soft

5. Defrost chopped spinach in microwave & add

6. Drain chicken & add

7. Add gnocchi

8. Add bay leaf & chicken broth, bring to boil

9. Taste & add additional seasonings as needed

10. Turn down to simmer & add heavy cream

11. Simmer for 1 hour stirring occasionally
