Rice turned out a little strange in its consistency, but the chicken was very flavorful. Topped with dried chow mein noodles.

Better than our local take-out. I reduced the eggs to two. I would add this to my all time favorites.

Excellent one dish meal. It was hard to stop eating this, husband had three helpings! I added quite a bit of fresh veggies and omitted the frozen except for green peas. Used baby bokchoy, mushrooms, green onion, 1/4 red pepper & some shredded carrots. Consequently had to add some oil to pan before adding veggies & had to cook them longer. While I would serve to guests it would be a casual meal.

I would scramble the egg separately. It was pretty tasty, but scrambling the egg inside the same pan didn't work out for me. Maybe I didn't do it right.

Only change made was I cooked rice earlier in the day and put it in fridge to cool. Keeps it from getting a sticky consistency.

We make this again and again. It's a lot of starch but it sure tastes good! We both agree that it needs more soy sauce than the recipe calls for.

This was pretty good. My husband really liked it. I am making it again tonight!

Great! You only need this meal to have a complete dinner. Easy to make and really tasty.
