I made this after 3 months of the recipe sitting on my counter. I had left over chicken from a roasting chicken I had made. I had the pesto from my garden. My market did not have ciabatta so I used Arnold sandwich thins. I served it with chips and coleslaw. YUMMY!.......GREAT flavor. I wouldn't hesitate to serve this to guests....especially as a special lunch with a cold soup.
