Chicken Fajitas

    This was delicious! Had company over and they loved it! We all ate until we were stuffed! I used cayenne pepper instead of chili powder and more garlic, cilantro and lime juice than called for, but it was perfect for our taste. Also, prep time is way, way off. It took about 45-60 min before we actually got to eat, but it was well worth the wait. Will make many times I'm sure! Delicious!

    This was delicious. Rather than use a whole chicken, I used boneless chicken breasts. I combined the cumin and chilli powder and reserved one teaspoon and added it to the olive oil and lime juice and basted it on the chicken while it was grilling. It gave the chicken wonderful flavor. I don't need to search for a chicken fajita recipe any longer!

    I wonder if the time to cook the recipes on this site doesn't take time into chopping and prepping veggies. I find it takes much longer than the listed time to cook most of the recipes I have tried. We enjoyed this recipe, it was easy to make and delicious. It wasn't too spicy, yet had a lot of flavor. The only change I made was using boneless chicken breasts instead of a cooked chicken. It was delicious with salsa and I look forward to trying it with the other recommended toppings. It would also be great for a quick night meal if all the chopping was done ahead of time.

    This was easy to make and very tasty. Definitely the best fajita recipe I've ever made. Next time will probably up the spiciness and use an iron skillet to give it a more caramelized flavor.
