This dish was wonderful, and lovely to serve with all the different colors-white chicken, black beans, green cilantro, orange carrots, red onions. The flavors melded beautifully, with just enough heat from the chilis and tang from the vinegar. It was a lot of food for the portion, so very filling. The leftovers were just as good. Will definitely repeat this easy-to-pull-together meal.

I was going to qualify my remarks by saying this dish is for people who like Mexican food but I changed my mind. It is perfect for anyone who likes fantastic flavors and a terrific combination of herbs. We have made this dish three times and it has only peaked our desire for more. The only change we made was to add more carrot and onion. The use of Mexican oregano is key to the success of this reci[pe. Mexican oregano is an herb we only recently discovered; it adds an amazing taste to salsas, sauteed green beans and dishes yet to be made.

Very good and very filling. I made the recipe as is and it results in a super flavorful broth and very moist chicken. The only thing I would change the next time is to add the onions earlier in the cooking process - they were a little too crunchy for my liking.

This is a great recipe, I'd add a little squeeze of lime and some avocado to the finish plate. It's quite tasty.
