Chicken-Chile Tostadas

    This is one of my family's all-time favorite recipes. We make it almost once a week! I usually use ground turkey, since it is a little more accessible. Also, we make homemade refried black beans and put them on the tortilla first, then the lettuce and meat. Our kids love it, and so do we.

    Excellent recipe. Absolutely delicious. I used half the chipotle chili powder because it was a family meal, and didn't crisp the torts. It is my 8 year olds new favorite meal. Cooking Light delivers another great tasting recipe.

    Pretty yummy. Went heavier with the spices since ground chicken can be blend; probably didn't need as much cinnamon. Next time will use flour tortillas instead. Otherwise a good, quick, easy dinner

    This is quick and easy to make.The tortilla got nice and crispy in the oven. Has great flavor and the chipotle chile pepper gave it the right amount of kick. Will definitely make this again.
