Excellent recipe. I made a few changes because I was missing some ingredients. I didn't have the wine, so I used some teriyaki sauce. It was still delicious. I will do it again.

This is an excellent and easy recipe; it's basically a pot roast recipe with chicken instead of beef. My boyfriend who usually wants everything in a gravy-type sauce ate it without any adjustments and even told me I should make it again--that's his biggest compliment. The reason that I rated this a 4 instead of 5 was because it took longer than 3.5 hours on LOW to cook and I think there may be an error in the recipe. If you cook this on LOW I'd anticipate it taking closer to 5 hours than 3.5.

Tasted pretty much like a pot roast. But with the low calories and how quick and easy it was, I'll definitely be making it again.

This was an easy recipe that is so delicious when it is done. The best part is, I didn't even have the white wine. I used red instead and it was still delicious. I also used vidalia onions which really gave it a little extra sweetness. I will totally make this again, but I think I'll use chicken breast instead. I hated taking the skin off the thighs. Yuck! As another reviewer before me said, I would definitely put this on for 5 hours on Low. I did and it came out beautifully.
