This is my favorite company recipe. I always get rave reviews. It freezes so well that I make it ahead of time, defrost and add sauce just before cooking. It sure makes for a less stressful meal. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Small but fortuitous kitchen disaster led to all but 1/4 of sauce getting dumped onto floor. To salvage the recipe, I used remaining sause (about 1/4 of what recipe makes), combined with a 14 oz. can of tomato sauce, 6 oz. can tomato paste, tbsp. each onion and garlic powder, and a dash of cayenne to taste. Solved the "too rich" issue and the kitchen disaster. Family prefers the "oops" version to the original!

My husband and I did not like this recipe at all. I think it was a combination of the cream cheese on the inside of the pasta and the roasted red peper sauce. It just had a weird taste. I wouldn't make this again.

Excellent! It can be time consuming, but is easily made in steps, (sauce, chicken, filling) and-- bonus--it makes enough to freeze for later. Sure to impress!

This is the best stuffed pasta I've had in a long time. I made bunches and froze them for quick easy meals. Thanks for the recipe.

This recipe was just a little too intense for us. Between the Alfredo based sauce and the cream cheese filling, there were too many competing flavors. I might make this again, but I'd either use ricotta instead of the cream cheese, or regular marinara instead of the alfredo sauce.

We seasoned and roasted chicken thighs and prepared homemade alfredo sauce instead of the cooked chicken and store bought alfredo. The recipe is tasty, and fairly easy to put together. It lacks a kick, however, so next time we're going to throw some spice in it. It could also use some texture to make it a more interesting bite. We liked it well enough to make it again with additional modifications.

This is one of my family's favorite dishes and I highly recommend it! The only thing that I change is the sauce. Instead of the alfredo sauce I use Bertolli Arrabbiata pasta sauce over the pasta.

we mistakenly used red sauce with this instead of alfredo. Glad we did given the bad reviews. This dish is great with red sauce and a little extra garlic

The filling for this dish is absolutely delicious. I didn't substitute or change anything! The roasted red pepper sauce, is good but not great. Despite my best efforts at tweaking it.... I still haven't found that perfect combination of ingredients. My suspicion goes to the jarred alfredo sauce as the culprit... Not generally a huge fan of any of the store bought alfredo sauces. But overall, a fantastic recipe that everyone in my family went back for seconds!!

I'll remove this from my saved recipes. 4 c of chicken was too much. I should've used 3. I did not like the cream cheese filling as much as ricotta - too dense. I found it rather bland. I would've added sauted onions & garlic. I ate it, but I would not make it again. I would look for a different recipte. This was not worth the effort. The recipe did make plenty of extra to freeze or give away and it was quite a pretty presentation.

Cream cheese is a little too tangy and dense. Would probably make it again and just use the traditional ricotta-style filling. Really enjoyed the roasted red pepper sauce though.

Wow! I can't believe that anyone would dislike this recipe. I think some people must not go outside the box of normal everyday food fare! I get nothing but raves when I serve this dish to company! You have to be a little adventurous to try something different! The combination of flavors go so well together and I don't find the cream cheese to be anything but delicious! It is a great company dish and I am so glad that I discovered it.

This recipe is amazing. I used fresh red bell peppers rather than the roasted and doubled the recipe to feed my very large extended family! They all loved it from 4 to 63. Will definitely be serving this again very soon! Thank you for sharing.

OMGosh - this was so delicious. It's a bit time consuming, so save it for a Saturday or Sunday dinner. I made my own mix of cream cheese/ricotta filling. I just added garlic, chives, grated onion to the cheese filling. I piped this into the tubes. The sauce tho - that required no alteration. It really is cheesy, creamy, better because I made at home. Makes enough for 6-8 people.

This sounds wonderful...can't wait to try it. I had a recipe for cannelioni stuffed with shredded cheddar, bacon, sauteed onion and green peppers.. Unfortunately I 've misplaced the recipe and would have to make it up as I go along. Maybe someone could suggest how to mix or add in a few ingredients to finish this recipe!. I don't remember if it was mixed with bread crumbs, parmasean or mushrooms. Anyway it was baked with tomato sauce over it or a white sauce. Any ideas ? Thank you for helping and for sharing an outstanding recipe!

Not a kid friendly recipe.. I tried it with my 4 and 2 year olds and they did not like it. It is too creamy for my taste buds.
