Worthy of a Special Occasion

delicious! I actually grilled fresh chicken about 3 min. on George Foreman; I added additional parmesan and a splash of balsamic vinegar. I did serve it on a bed of mixed greens and it was delicious!

We made these for my daughters graduation & served about 100 sandwiches. They were a hit. I have had so many requests for this recipe. I recently used the Philadelphia Cream Cheese flavored cheeses and mixed it up a bit. Amazing!
