How to Make It

Step 1

Whisk together oil, lime juice, wasabi, salt and ginger in a small bowl. Place chicken, avocados, scallions and cilantro in a large bowl. Pour dressing over mixture; toss gently.

Step 2

Divide spinach among 4 plates, top with chicken salad and serve immediately.
