- 8 sourdough bread slices, toasted
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 8 purple onion slices
- 4 (1-ounce) Monterey Jack or provolone cheese slices
- 8 bacon slices, cooked
- 8 lettuce leaves
- 8 (1/4-inch-thick) roasted chicken breast slices
- 8 tomato slices
- 2 CALIFORNIA AVOCADOS, peeled and mashed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How to Make It
Spread 1 side of each toast slice evenly with mayonnaise; top 4 toast slices evenly with onion slices and next 5 ingredients.
Spoon mashed avocado on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with remaining toast slices, and serve immediately.
