Chicken & Apple Salad
- 3 whole(s) boiled eggs small dice
- 1 can(s) 12 oz. canned chicken drained
- 1-2 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard
- 2-4 tablespoon(s) pickle relish
- 1/4-1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 whole(s) Fuji apple, med, unpeeled small dice
- Bring eggs to boil and maintain for 5 min. Remove from heat and let sit for 5-7 min. Cool, peel, and dice.
- Dice Fuji apple.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Serve as sandwich or as main dish.
