Chicken & Apple Salad

Fuji apples add a fresh twist to basic chicken salad

  • 3 whole(s) boiled eggs small dice
  • 1 can(s) 12 oz. canned chicken drained
  • 1-2 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard
  • 2-4 tablespoon(s) pickle relish
  • 1/4-1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 whole(s) Fuji apple, med, unpeeled small dice


  1. Bring eggs to boil and maintain for 5 min. Remove from heat and let sit for 5-7 min. Cool, peel, and dice.

  2. Dice Fuji apple.

  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  4. Serve as sandwich or as main dish.
