2 (141/2 ounce) green beans, drained
3 c diced chicken
1 medium onion diced and sauteed
1 (8 ounce) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 (4 ounce) can pimentos
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c mayonnaise (Not salad dressing)
1 (6 ounce) box wild rice, cooked to package directions
1 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients together and and pour into greased 3-quart casserole dish. Bake for 20-25 min or until bubbly.
