Ingredients

  • 2 (141/2 ounce) green beans, drained
  • 3 c diced chicken
  • 1 medium onion diced and sauteed
  • 1 (8 ounce) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can pimentos
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c mayonnaise (Not salad dressing)
  • 1 (6 ounce) box wild rice, cooked to package directions
  • 1 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • Pinch salt
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix all ingredients together and and pour into greased 3-quart casserole dish. Bake for 20-25 min or until bubbly.
