Chicken and Dumplings
- 2 Fryers
- salt and pepper
- 1.5C milk
- Boil fryers with onion and celery. Debone and strain broth. Mix Bisquick into a dense, firm dough. Roll on a floured board fairly thin. Cut into 1/2 inch squares. Bring strained broth to a rolling boil. Drop in dough on at a time. Gently add milk and reduce heat. Add deboned chicken back in.
