Chicken with 40 Cloves of Garlic and Spicy Greens

    Loved this. The sauce is drinkable by the ladle. I'm not too familiar with greens, but I only wish I'd made more of them (even 2lbs cooks down to hardly anything, and there were only two of us) - I will use this preparation of them again, definitely. I didn't have meyer lemons but had a tangerine - substituted w/ half lemon juice and half tangerine juice. And the chicken! Fantastic preparation. The sweet and tangy of the greens combined with the chicken and buttery-herby sauce... really lovely. Definitely use SMALL garlic cloves... I thought I'd cheat because I had one of those big bags of pre-peeled garlic cloves... but the larger pieces (most of them) didn't cook down enough. I will be scaring my co-workers tomorrow! :-)
