  • 8 beef hot dogs
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup sweet green pickle relish
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 8 dill pickle spears
  • 2 medium tomatoes, each cored and cut into 12 thin wedges

How to Make It

  1. Preheat grill to medium, then oil grates. Grill hot dogs until heated through, approximately 6 minutes, turning occasionally.

  2. Place hot dogs in buns; top each hot dog with mustard, relish, onions and a pickle spear.

  3. Nestle tomato wedges between hot dog and bun. Serve immediately.
