Ingredients
- 2-3 lbsChestnuts - Roasted
- Cornbread - Baked
- PepperidgeFarm-Herb or Corn.
- or Kellog Crouton
- 2 Lg. Onions - Chopped
- 3 Stalks Celery - Chopped
- Parsley - Chopped
- 2 Cans Chickey Broth
- 4-6 Eggs
- Poultry Seasoning - Salt
Preparation
- Day Before if desired:
- Cut an "X" thru shell of chestnuts and bake at 350 for 30-45 min
- Bake Cornbread
- Combine all dry ingrediants, then add everything else (eggs last). Stuff bird and pack remainder in greased, uncovered baking dish at 350 until middle is firm - 45-60 min.
