  • 2-3 lbsChestnuts - Roasted
  • Cornbread - Baked
  • PepperidgeFarm-Herb or Corn.
  • or Kellog Crouton
  • 2 Lg. Onions - Chopped
  • 3 Stalks Celery - Chopped
  • Parsley - Chopped
  • 2 Cans Chickey Broth
  • 4-6 Eggs
  • Poultry Seasoning - Salt


  1. Day Before if desired:
  2. Cut an "X" thru shell of chestnuts and bake at 350 for 30-45 min
  3. Bake Cornbread

  4. Combine all dry ingrediants, then add everything else (eggs last). Stuff bird and pack remainder in greased, uncovered baking dish at 350 until middle is firm - 45-60 min.
