  • 1/2 cup chopped dried sweet cherries
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast (about 3/4 pound)
  • 12 (0.8-ounce) slices light 100% whole wheat bread (such as Weight Watchers)


  1. 1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken; stir to coat. Spread 1/2 cup chicken mixture over each of 6 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slices.
