Cherry Tomato and Greens Salad

  • 1 tablespoon tomato juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 small garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 (5-ounce) package gourmet salad greens (about 6 cups)
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons (1/2 ounce) shredded Asiago or fresh Parmesan cheese
