Loved this twist on a caprese salad. Heirloom tomatoes add really nice color. We subbed regular mozzarella as the mozzarella balls get pretty pricey. Love basil, so we threw in some extra on that. Didn't have any leftovers for another day. Will definitely make again and again.

Couldn't find heirloom cherry tomatoes, so we used golden "super sweets." Couldn't find the mozzarella "pearls," so I cut up some larger fresh ones into smaller pieces. Quick to put together, but I would add the salt at the end before tossing so it stays on the salad.

This was easy and delicious, I used a combination of yellow and red cherry and grape tomatoes, will make again and again. So simple but so good!

Easy and so quick but full of flavor! Great side salad - I used 1/4 of a part-skim moz ball cut into 1/2 in squares in lieu of the mini moz balls and that worked out really well. Added a bit more basil for preference, but otherwise made as written. Perfect side dish for a "no-cook" summer dinner; great for a week night and I'll definitely be making again - Enjoy!
