Cherry Tomato-Caper Salad
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon drained small capers
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 fresh basil leaves, shredded
- Bibb lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Drizzle over cherry tomatoes, tossing to coat. Let stand at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour. Sprinkle with basil. Serve over Bibb lettuce, if desired.
