Cherry Tartlets

Frozen mini-phyllo pastry shells, thawed
Crumbled goat cheese
Cherry preserves
Cooked and crumbled bacon
Freshly cracked pepper
Chopped fresh chives


Fill thawed mini-phyllo pastry shells with crumbled goat cheese. Top each with cherry preserves, bacon, freshly cracked pepper, and chopped fresh chives. Bake tartlets at 350º for 5 minutes.
