Here's a version of a cherry limeade that uses real juice instead of syrup. Ginger soda adds a spicy note.
2 cups bottled black cherry juice
1 cup lime-flavored sparkling water
1 cup sparkling ginger soda
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 large limes)
1 cup frozen pitted dark sweet cherries
Thin lime slices (optional)
How to Make It
Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled. Add about 2 to 3 frozen cherries to each glass. Pour 1 cup cherry juice mixture over cherries in each glass. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
