Cherry-Pecan Brie
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cherry preserves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8-oz.) Brie round, rind removed from top
- Chopped toasted pecans
Preparation
- Stir together cherry preserves, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Drizzle over warm Brie round. Top with pecans. Serve with crackers.
