Cherry-Pecan Brie is a five-ingredient appetizer you can have ready in about 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cherry preserves
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (16-oz.) Brie round (rind removed from top)
  • Chopped toasted pecans

How to Make It

  1. Stir together cherry preserves, balsamic vinegar, freshly ground pepper, and salt in a bowl. Drizzle over warm Brie round. Top with chopped toasted pecans. Serve with crackers.
