  1. 5 cups pitted cherries
  2. ¼ cup sugar
  3. 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  4. 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  5. ⅔ cup packed brown sugar
  6. ½ cup flour
  7. ½ cup rolled oats
  8. ⅓ cup softened butter
  9. 1 tsp cinnamon

  10. Directions
  11. 1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

  12. 2.Butter a 9-by-9-inch baking dish. Combine cherries, ¼ cup sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in baking dish.

  13. 3.Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, butter, and cinnamon in a food processor. Pulse until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Evenly scatter crumb topping over cherry mixture.

  14. 4.Bake until topping is browned and filling is bubbly, about 30 minutes.
