  • 2 cups salad greens
  • 1/2 cup fresh soybeans or fava beans
  • 1 poached egg
  • 2 sardines

  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette
