An excellent indulgence for a party or get together. The flavor is more complex than the typical dip, and it reheats very well. I don't have a 3qt slow cooker, so I prepared this in a heavy enameled cast iron dutch oven over a very low burner. No alterations to the recipe were necessary.

I liked the creaminess of this spinach-artichoke dip vs the one from 2007. Easier to spread. The recipe mentions garlic, yet it is not on the ingredient list? I added 3 cloves crushed garlic (based on other recipe). I also think you can omit the sun-dried tomatoes. They get lost among all the other flavors. A good make-ahead recipe, then simply reheat in the microwave.

I loved this recipe, I love anything you can just throw in a crock-pot! But the tomato part sounded hard, so i skipped it, and put in a whole chopped red bell pepper instead. Everyone loved it!

This dip is rich and tasty and I often make the recipe to take to parties. I have made the dip in the slow cooker and have also warmed it in a baking dish heated at 350âfor about 30 minutes.

You say 11 ingredients through garlic, but there is no garlic listed!

This dip was outstanding. Great for a casual get together or a more elegant event. I made it as shown and it got gobbled up in a hurry. Almost addictive. The feta really adds a great flavor. No one could believe it was lower in calories. I served it with reduced fat Wheat Thins instead of making the pita chips. Delicious.

The best I've ever had. Something you would expect at a nice restaurant.

This had an off-taste and I didn't care for it. I wouldn't make it again.

This was amazing! I doubled the recipe, left out the tomatoes and cooked it the night before. I got rav reviews at the party I brought it to.

Awesome! It is better than any I've had including restaurants! Even better reheated the next day!

Omit the mayo to cut the fat and calories. Still creamy & good!

This dip is excellent! I made it for a holiday party and it was a huge success. Everyone remarked more than once on how good it was. It's a keeper for sure!
