1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
2. In large skillet - brown ground beef
3.. add onions and green pepper to ground beef - cook 5 minutes until onions and peppers are soft
4.. add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water -- cook 5 minutes
5. add 1/2 bag frozen corn and 1/2 bag hashbrown potatoes -- cook 5 minutes
6. spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray or line with aluminum foil -- pour taco meat and potato mixture into 13 x9 pan
7. put cubed pieace of velvet cheese into taco meat/potato mixture
8. bake for 30 minutes
9. remove from oven and stir to mix in melted velvet cheese -- serve and enjoy
