- 1 32-oz. bag southern-style hashbrowns
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of potato soup
- 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- Mix all ingredients together; spread in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
