With less than five ingredients, these Cheesy Potatoes are the perfect side dish for any weeknight meal.
Makes 8 servings
1 32-oz. bag southern-style hashbrowns
2 cups sour cream
2 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of potato soup
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients together; spread in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
