Ingredients
- 2-16 oz pint(s) Sour cream
- 2 can(s) Cream of chicken soup
- 2-2 lb bag(s) Frozen Hashbrowns - Southern style potatoes
- 4 cup(s) Sharp cheddar cheese Shredded
- 1 cup(s) Onions Diced
- 1 cup(s) Butter Melted
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 cup(s) Cork flake crumbs
- 1/2 cup(s) Butter Softened
Preparation
- 1. Partially thaw hash brown potatoes in microwave oven
- Dry ingredients:
- 2. In large mixing bowl, combine hash brown potatoes, shredded cheese & diced onions
- 3. Add salt & pepper to taste
- Wet ingredients:
- 4. In seperate large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup & melted butter
- 5. Add salt & pepper to taste
- 6. Combine both wet & dry ingredients thoroughly
- 7. Place mixture in aluminum roasting pan
- Topping:
- 8. Combine corn flake crumbs & softened butter with fork
- 9. Sprinkle topping on top of mixture
- 10. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
