Kid friendly one dish meal. Nice cheesy sauce--not at all dry. I would omit or maybe just do a dash of nutmeg next time, since it seemed to overpower the dish.

This recipe sure was quick to put together. I made half of it (for my husband and me) without the nutmeg as I could not imagine that flavor with broccoli and it was perfect for us. Next time I may try some crushed red pepper just to give it a bit of a kick. In addition I may try some roasted red peppers to give some color and some extra veggies. I served it with a basic tossed salad.

Good not great. A quick and easy weeknight meal..we made it for meatless monday. I added some roasted cherry tomatoes to it the second time I made it which added some nice flavor.

This was good and very easy. Instead of Parmesan I used Asiago cheese, since I already had it on hand. I also doubled the mustard, and added garlic powder for extra flavor. I think the flavor of the sauce would also go well with fresh peas and a can of low sodium albacore tuna instead of the broccoli. Next time I will try that!

This recipe was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to use frozen broccoli, but I bet with fresh it will taste even better. YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't add mustard or nutmeg - I'm not a fan of those flavors.

I give it 2 stars for creaminess but for flavor it was bland. No pizzazz. There have been other recipes that tasted better and if I add the broccoli served the same purpose. Sorry missed the mark on this one.

My husband and I both loved this recipe. It was quick and easy which is perfect for a weeknight. And the nutmeg added the perfect flavor to the cheese sauce. I will make sure not to cook the flour and milk as long next time because it got pretty thick when I added the cream cheese. And next time, per my husband's request, we're going to add some chopped bacon. We will definitely make this again.

I cooked cut up 2 chicken breasts and seasoned them with salt and pepper. Then I cooked them in a pan coated with cooking spray. I added enough pepper for a kick with the chicken, but this is a great recipe for families with children. Especially if you use a higher fiber pasta such as Ronzoni.

So I really want to like this. It was so fast and easy to make. It has all may favorite ingredients in it. But is was really bland. I made it and it took 15 minutes to make once the water started boiling. But it just wasn't good. It needed some flavor. It just had none. Disappointed to say the least.

We made this for dinner last night and it was a hit with my husband. My 11-year-old is anti-broccoli right now. We split the dairy with Lact-Aid and 2% milk and it worked great. i am eating the leftovers for lunch right now. I will definitely make this recipe again.

I didn't have high hopes for this other than it being quick and kid-friendly. I was quite pleasantly surprised that while it was both of those, it was also pretty yummy. The Dijon (I used coarse) gave it an unexpected tang. I did use full fat milk and cream cheese, as I am of the camp that believes those healthier than the overly processed skim versions. I used whole wheat flour and it worked just fine.

Fast. Easy. We had everything already in the kitchen (added chicken) and it became an instant favorite even with our picky 5 year old.
