With crispy crumbled bacon on top, this one will remind you of a loaded baked potato.
Makes about 2/3 cup
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons finely chopped green onion
1/2 cup (2 oz.) finely shredded Colby-Jack cheese blend
2/3 cup finely chopped, cooked bacon
1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Brush on hot grilled corn, and sprinkle evenly with bacon.
