- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) finely shredded Colby-Jack cheese blend
- 2/3 cup finely chopped, cooked bacon
How to Make It
Stir together first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Brush on hot grilled corn, and sprinkle evenly with bacon.
