Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread, cut in half horizontally

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread on cut sides of bread; place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350°° for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Slice into equal portions, and serve warm.
