Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread, cut in half horizontally
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread on cut sides of bread; place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°° for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Slice into equal portions, and serve warm.
