Ingredients

1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread, cut in half horizontally

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread on cut sides of bread; place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 350°° for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Slice into equal portions, and serve warm.
