These bagel pizzas are super-easy to make, filling, and tasty. Could totally play around with the recipe too, adding different toppings. Yum!

This sounds like something out of "The Sneaky Chef," which is a great cookbook, by the way. When I made these, I steamed some carrots and threw them in a blender with some leftover roasted red pepper, and added that to the marinara along with some pizza spice. Upped the veggie count and was just as good. I had to add some turkey pepperoni to make my son happy, but still very healthy and tasty!

They are easy to make especially if you're crunched for time. I used an onion bagel which tasted really good. Next time I'll try a cheese bagel. My only complaint is that my bagel got a little soggy. I used refrigerated bagels and I think that may have had something to do with it. Next time I'll use bakery bagels and see if they hold up any better.

Simple recipe that tastes just like it sounds. Nothing fancy, quick, and only 8 pts!

My nieces are the world's pickiest eaters... or so I've been told. I made these for them and they loved them... actually they have become pretty infamous... Apparently my nieces went and told both of their grandmothers how amazing these were... Imagine my laughter when they asked for the recipe. I put mushrooms on the ones for the adults. My fiance ate 3 of these. One of the girls even asked if she could have another pizza instead of dessert.
