Tasty recipe, but definitely needs more kick. Next time, I'll saute' chopped onion with the turkey sausage - or toss it in raw! Also needs salt - added that or ketchup on top to spice it up. Served this on Christmas Day with mixed fruit on the side.

This got 2 thumbs up from DD and DH. I thought it was just ok, but - full disclosure - I am not a stuffing fan. I would probably prefer plain bread cubes and my own seasonings rather than the packaged stuffing mix. I used Italian chicken sausage as my market did not have turkey sausage. I also added 1/2 onion, chopped and 3/4 sliced mushrooms to the sausage while it browned. It was very filling. I will make it again.

I thought this was outstanding - savory sausage, gooey melted cheese on top, herb-y stuffing mix, and wonderful texture - crisp on top and moist in the middle, without being mushy. Served with bloody marys for a brunch.

I made this for a work breakfast. I wasn't a big fan, but my co-workers loved it. I put it together the night before and put it in the fridge, pulling it out in the morning to bake before going into work. I'd make it again if requested.
