Cheesy Breakfast Tater Tot Casserole

- 1 pound(s) Jimmy Deans Hot Sausage browned and drained
- 1/2 bag(s) (32 oz.) frozen tater tots
- 1 can(s) cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup(s) milk
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1-1/2 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Brown and drain sausage. Spread evenly over botton of 2 quart casserole. Arrange tater tots evenly over sausage mixture.
- In small bowl mix soup, milk and desired seasonings until smooth. Pour over tater tots. Gently pour beaten eggs over cheese soup mizture. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
- Bake for 35 - 40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
