Turned out beautifully. Impressed everyone with homemade bean dip. Don't be stingy with the cheese, though - adds a nice touch.

Great! I made this as a side and it was as good as the main. I would advise this if you love beans. The jalapeno was great. I only used 1/4th of what they said to use, but it still left my lips a little tingly! Great dish. Quick!

Nice side dish that compliment's any mexican meal. I did add one can of refried beans, a healthy splash of tequila, and a 1/2-1 cup of salsa (didn't have jalepeno :( ) and baked with cheese to beable to serve on a mexican buffet/taco bar. It did double duty as a dip and a side dish!
