Everyone loved this cake. What a WOW presentation. Although, I did my own lemon curd, cheesecake and cream cheese frosting. Very pretty and moist, Thanks for this recipe, it's more than wonderful!

I made this cake for an office birthday and plates were licked clean! I would suggest melting the white chocolate for the cake batter as some pieces congregated together and made the cake stick to the bottom of the cake pan. I also made my own cream cheese icing. This cake doesn't just look pretty, it delights the taste buds!

Delicious ! I made my own homemade cream cheese frosting. And made it without the lemon curd. An outstanding cake and very represent able It's a keeper. But it took time to prepare. Maybe next time i can be faster.

I have made this cake several times, and each and every time everyone wants the recipe. I made my own cream cheese frosting and lemon curd which are quick and easy to make... It is a great recipe...Beautiful presentation and everyone loves it. It is one of my all time favorite deserts...

Outstanding! I made mine with my own homemade cheesecake, homemade lemon curd, and homemade cream cheese frosting instead of the store-bought for taste and for quality. This cake was beautiful and everyone says it was the best! The flavors were wonderful all together! This is one I will make again and again!

Okay, I just registered on this site so I could review this amazing recipe. OMG! seriously, this cake is hands down one of THEE best cakes I've ever made. I got rave reviews and compliments galore at a birthday dinner party. It's elegant to serve, pretty to look at and delicious to eat. I didn't use raspberries tho, I used fresh strawberries and blueberries. Made a blueberry sauce and a strawberry sauce and topped my cream cheese frosted layers with alternate layers of one sauce or the other. I also made my own homemade cream cheese frosting, cheesecake and lemon curd. Seriously, take the time to make your own ingredients. It's absolutely worth it and will result in a much better tasting cake. Also, the blueberry/strawberry sauce layers are TO DIE FOR. This will be a definite keeper recipe!

Any recipe that begins with a box of cake mix gets an instant pass from me. There is no need to perpetuate the use of chemicals and sugar in a box to create a great dessert. Frozen cheesecake? Seriously? Is your name Sandra Lee? (This would not be a good thing.)

Made this cake for a large birthday party we had for a couple of ladies turning 50, WOW, what a success this cake turned out to be. Honestly before I knew it the cake was down to only a couple of slices, I literally had to ask my husband if he would like to try it before it was ALL gone, or else even he wouldn't have been able to taste it. I got many many thumbs up & people just raving over how delicious this cake was. They told me ( since I didn't get a taste myself) that it was NOT overly sweet, even with the cheesecake in it, and that it was extremely moist. I followed the guidelines of some of the other readers, and made my own homemade Lemon Curd & homestyle cream cheese icing. I omitted the raspberries & only added fresh sliced strawberries. Will make again, so I can taste it myself.... Definitely a KEEPER. !!!!

This cake tastes every bit as good as it sounds. People absolutely raved over it! It went so quickly that I was only able to get a bite of the one piece that I was able to save for my husband. Not being a big fan of raspberries, like other reviewers, I substituted blueberries and strawberries. I also drizzled some blueberry sauce over the blueberries for a little added flavor. I agree that this is a time-consuming recipe, especially if you make your own cheesecake, as I did. It was definitely worth it for the superior flavor. Melting the white chocolate in the microwave made it a lot easier to mix into the batter. I used vanilla cake mix which may be why the lemon flavor was so subtle. You could hardly taste it in the cake but it didn't matter. The flavor combination is awesome! I'm looking forward to making this again and next time, I'll cut my piece and set it aside first!
